Users must read and accept the following conditions before posting comments on the blog:
Racist, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic content will be deleted, edited, or blocked by site administrators. Content that violates these terms will be reviewed as potentially unlawful or offensive. References to political ideologies or parties are prohibited.
Users may not publish third-party personal data or content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights. Threats or intimidation using the platform are forbidden.
Promotion, advertising, provocation, and fake news will be subject to investigation. The necessary measures will be taken in each case.
Administrators may limit access for technical or operational reasons without prior notice.
MC is not liable for damages resulting from access to or manipulation of information on the blog.

4.2 Service Availability
Access to the Portal depends on third-party services, including internet transport, which are outside MC’s control. Therefore, the services may be suspended, canceled, or partially unavailable. MC disclaims liability for any damages caused by network failures or disconnections affecting access to the Portal.
4.3 Linked Content and Services
Access to the Portal may include links to other internet sites (“Linked Sites“) In such cases, MC acts solely as an intermediary in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI). MC is only liable for content on Linked Sites if it has actual knowledge of illegality and fails to remove the link.
The existence of Linked Sites does not imply any agreement, endorsement, or identification with their content. MC is not responsible for the legality, quality, or usefulness of the content and services provided on such sites.
4.4 User Responsibility
The User acknowledges sole responsibility for the use of the Portal and agrees to hold MC harmless from any claims arising from their conduct, content shared, or violations of this Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
4.5 General Limitation of Liability
The User explicitly accepts that MC is not liable for direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or intangible losses, resulting from: (i) the use or inability to use the Portal; (ii) the cost of replacement goods or services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of transmissions or data; (iv) unauthorized disclosure or transmission of personal data; (v) any other circumstances. MC does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Portal, error-free operation, virus absence, accuracy, security, reliability, or suitability of content. MC guarantees the protection and confidentiality of data provided by Users, in accordance with personal data protection regulations.
